How it's done:
Hair Preparation:
Hair must be washed one day before the treatment or at least 3-4 hours before, without any styling products such as serum, hairspray, or similar applied.
The treatment will not work if the hair is washed on the spot. Application Process: The stylist will apply the keratin treatment on dry hair and leave it for 20-40 minutes (depending on the treatment). All excess product is removed, and the treatment is completed using a hair straightener.
Natural hair colour will not be affected, but artificial colour may become lighter.
If a haircut is needed, the stylist will perform it after the treatment (please note that not all haircuts will be possible after treatment).
Aftercare:
Initial Care: Hair can be washed 12 hours after treatment using a sulfate-free shampoo to help it last longer.To keep your hair cuticle smooth and maintain moisture, use a serum after rinsing with the conditioner of your choice. For very damaged hair, use a hair mask once a week to help it return to a healthier condition alongside the keratin treatment, which can be updated as regularly as needed.
Maintenance:
The treatment usually lasts up to 3-5 months on natural, healthy hair with proper care, and up to 6-8 weeks on damaged and bleached hair. The number of times the hair is washed affects the treatment's longevity; washing hair two times a week is considered normal for a healthy scalp and hair.

Colouring After Treatment:
Wait 2 weeks after the treatment before dying the hair. Doing it sooner will affect the treatment.

Age Requirements: Must be 16 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations / No Show / Reschedule / Walk Out: Your hair and time are very important to us. We understand life is busy and ever-changing, causing you to need to cancel your appointment. We only ask that you give us 48-hour notice when cancelling. If you must cancel/reschedule within less than 48 hours before your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the service(s) for which you were scheduled. In case of a no-call / no-show, a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

We are not responsible for your hair colour after the keratin treatment. This treatment works on all types of hair. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all our terms and conditions. No refunds will be given (it is a treatment and works on all hair types).
